Therefore, this verse is sent to teach human society, so that they may become the parents of a wise child by changing their nature.
233. Then, if he divorces that wife, then she will not be lawful for the wife who is married to another husband. If the second husband divorces her, then there is no blame on her for reconciliation, if both of them believe that she can keep God's command. These are the limits set by Allah, and Allah has clearly explained these for the wise people.

The wise people see their own faults and are bitten by the knowledge of the fault. 231) And whenever you divorce women (temporarily) and they fulfill the waiting-period, then observe them or leave them well, do not torture them or arrest them for excessive excesses. The person who does such harm himself And do not make fun of the Signs of Allah, and do not make fun of you, and remember that He has given you the Book and the Scripture and the science which He has revealed to you and what He advises you. And fear God, and know that Allah is Knowing in all things.

232) And when you divorce women (abandon their wives) and they fulfill their waiting period, do not prevent them from accepting their other husbands. It is advisable for you among those who believe in God and the Hereafter. It is pure and holy for you. God knows, you do not know.
