96) The seas and their food have been legalized for you and for the enjoyment of you and tourists, and as long as you are in Ihram, the land is illegal for you. And fear Allah, to whom you will be gathered.
Marma: Fear God and live a holy life, because you will be assemble together with the holy people. 97) Allah has assigned the holy Ka'bah, holy month, animals sacrificed in the Kaaba for the sacrifice, and the males dressed in the neck, for human welfare; That is, that you may know that whatever is in the heavens and the earth, Allah knows, and Allah is the All-Knower of all things.

98) Know that God is severe in retribution, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Marma: Allah is Forgiving, Merciful, and strict in punishment. So know that he does not want to hurt any creature for his happiness. If someone kills your life like an animal, it is the same as the pain of your relatives, so can anyone dedicate his life to God without knowing this? God does not forgive the cruel person.
99) The Messenger has no other duty except to preach. And Allah knoweth what ye reveal and hide.
Marma: The Messenger is the light of God. There is no other duty except to give the sun such as light, and there is no other duty except to preach the truth to the messengers. God knows best what you disclose and conceal.
100) Say: (O Muhammad) is not good and evil one, even though the abundance of evil will delight you. So, people with understanding! Fear God, that you may succeed.
Marmas: People see the glossiness of the evil and follow them, and when doing so, they lose good sense between the middle and the middle. Most people do not have the power to differentiate between truth and false, if there were, people were not seen to be disturbed so much in the workplace and religion. Those who are wise people who obey God as their guardians, fear Him, and keep their world and their world ruled by justice and truth, and do not let evil and falsehood enter in their homes.
