131. This is because the people are ignorant when it is not their Lord's task to destroy a township for its wrongdoing.
Marmash-wise people never become angry with ignorant people and destroy any true civilization. God will not destroy his own creation, angry with the ignorant, and it is not his work. The time that works under him, the time is destroyed, the wise know that the ignorant can not realize it.
132) Your place is according to what each person does, and your Lord is not unaware of what they do.
Marmash: The one who does the work will be entitled to that position. Allah knows best about whom to be sent. There is no lack of good and evil in his world.
133) Your Lord is the Rich, the Merciful. If He wills, He can remove you from you and make you succeeded after you as you please, just as He created you from the offspring of another people.
Marma: Allah is the Absolute, the Compassionate, the Merciful. If he wishes, he can do any kind of kindness, and if he wishes, he can also remove any position. He can also create a new family from the clan of any community, to make people grow.
134) The declaration that has been made to you will surely come to pass, you will not fail it.
Marma: - God fulfills what he says, his announcement is never false.
135) Say, O my people! Whatever you do, I am also doing my job. You will soon come to know who is good and who will never be successful.
Marma: Let him do whatever he is doing. You will know that the consequences of your work are good and bad. Surely the tyrants will not succeed, they will be destroyed in the rule of time.
