The Scripture is the order-a man for the house, a house for the village, a village for the country, and the soul should leave the whole world. But Dhritarashtra Mohbastat did not listen to Vidur. As a result, he had to suffer the loss of life for Duryodhana and he had to see the destruction of the family in his own living place.
