That which is taken from outside world is taken by various senses in the inner world, so eat. That which is given out from inside, I dedicate it to others, therefore sacrifice. Taken food, given sacrifice. And the enthusiasm for receiving special targets is that of Tapa or Thapasa. Among these three, the entire work of life can be included. For this reason, three different types of eating, yajna and tapa are discussed by God in this respect, for the answer to Arjuna's question in 27 mantras. Today, in this chapter 1 to 10, we will try to make our body, mind, and soul attain it.

7) Three types of food are preferred by nature in the human form. There are three types of sacrifice, charity and charity. The distinction between them, I say, listen.
